Sales to the general public may be made through our Retail Outlets, some of whom have on-line sales facilities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. All orders are accepted subject to stock being unsold on receipt of order.
  2. The unit rate applies to five or more plants.
  3. Prices do not include V.A.T. to be paid in respect of all goods.
  4. All complaints must be made to us within seven days of receipt of goods.
  5. 5.5% Discount for collection from Nursery; 2.5% discount for payment on delivery or collection.
  6. All prices are ex Nursery. We reserve the right to charge for carriage at cost.
  7. All accounts are due within 28 days of date of invoice.
  8. Trade Visitors are most welcome to visit the nursery between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at other times by prior arrangement.
